THAT IS WHY WE NEED YOU
You are an important part of our branch team and ensure that the commercial and organizational processes function smoothly in everyday operations. In doing so, you support both the branch management and the site management in day-to-day business.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- general office and secretarial tasks
- supporting branch and site management
- preparing and processing offers
- assisting with order processing
- checking, processing, and coordinating invoices
- organizational coordination with internal departments, project participants, and external contacts
- maintaining documents, data, and commercial processes
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
You do not need to come from the construction industry. What matters is that you are commercially competent, work carefully, and are willing to learn our processes.

- completed commercial training, for example in office management, administration, or a comparable field
- confident knowledge of MS Office
