ESTIMATOR (m/f/d) for trenchless pipe rehabilitation
YOUR TASKS
- Preparation and development of offers for construction projects in the field of trenchless pipe rehabilitation
- Analysis of tender documents as well as evaluation of technical and commercial requirements
- Calculation of construction services taking material, personnel, equipment, and time required into account
- Close cooperation with site managers and commercial employees - you are the central interface between planning and practice
- Regular site inspections for realistic assessment and further development of our calculation basis
- Support in optimising internal processes through the exchange of knowledge and experience
YOUR PROFILE - WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with experience in civil engineering, pipeline construction, or construction
- Professional experience in estimation or site management is an advantage - career changers with strong analytical skills are also welcome
- Enjoyment of creative, analytical work and a varied mix of tasks
- Confident use of MS Office as well as estimation and project tools
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and personal responsibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Class B driving licence for occasional site visits
