YOUR TASKS
- Independent site management and supervision of projects
- Organization, coordination, and billing of construction measures
- Ensuring occupational safety and quality
- Negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- Cooperation with authorities and other institutions
YOUR PROFILE – WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Completed technical training or degree (e.g. civil engineering, civil construction, pipeline construction)
- Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
- Technical understanding and interest in innovative construction projects
- Confident use of MS Office & project management tools
- Strong communication skills and negotiating ability
- Team spirit, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- Driver's license class B
